Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Art Prints Shipping:

  • Orders within Spain: All orders are printed and shipped from our studio in Spain. We strive to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Handling may take up to 5 business days, and shipping usually takes under 4 business days.

  • International Orders (UK, EU, and US): We have partnered with printing labs in the UK, EU, and the US. Orders will be printed and shipped from the closest available lab to you, which helps reduce delivery costs and delivery times. All international orders are tracked (where possible), and you will receive a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and sent to print within 1 business day. While we aim to dispatch within 1–5 business days, please note that this may vary depending on demand or holidays.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping is usually completed within 4 business days, but may vary based on location.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all orders over 50€ to mainland Spain, Portugal, the UK, and the US.

RETURNS POLICY

As all of our art prints are made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS

Since products are printed to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours (business days) of placing your order. If you realize you’ve made an error, please reply to your order email WITHIN 24 HOURS, and we will do our best to assist you. After this time, or once your order has been printed, we are unable to cancel or amend the order. This includes changes to shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered through services like PayPal or auto-fill settings on your device. If you notice an issue with your address immediately, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to help where we can.
